  • Chipboard, available moisture resistant
  • Plywood, for strength and moisture resistance

Lippings

Typically 9mm hardwood generally applied before facing so as not to be visible on the face of the door.  Lipping options added after facing is available.

Additional features

Panels can be machined out with hardwood inserts where required to produce decorative feature groves. These can run horizontally, vertically and in square/rectangular patterns.

Decorative details such as mouldings/feature panels can be applied to the door (surface mounted) or machined out and let in to the door.
